(T1) Lime - This tree is situated in the front carpark area of 1 Lime Tree Close, right against an adjacent garage and on the rear boundary of the gardens of Rowlands Close. The tree has historically been pollarded approximately 3 years ago. There is a decay pocket at the base of the tree. Proposing to repollard back to historically reduction points, removing approximately 3m of regrowth. This is to prevent failure of new growth and prevent failure of tree at the base and preserve and prolong life of tree.
