Description

London Plane tree located between The Lodge and garage - Crown reduction and re-pollarding of the TPO-protected . Reduce crown to previous reduction points, remove hazardous deadwood, and lift crown to provide safe clearance over garden areas and structures. Works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998:2010. The tree has not been managed since 2020 and has developed large branches with visible end-weight over areas used by the household, including children. The proposed works are required to maintain safety, reduce risk of branch failure, and maintain the structural integrity and health of the tree.
