Reason - excessive shading and to maintain clearance from building T2 (3 x Laurel stems) - Remove 2 x Laurel stems to ground level (as indicated in annotated image), prune back 3rd stem and retain upright. Reason - Maintain clearance and increase light levels T3 unidentified dead tree - Fell to ground level - Reason: Dead and unstable. Unsure if these trees are included in the TPO.
