Description

T2 Ash located in the south west corner of the site as per the plan which is taken from the AIA for the planning submission - Fell and grind, tree is leaning and has an overextended limb with end growth. in my opinion a crown reduction would require the removal of the whole canopy thus heavily reducing the amenity value. T1 a offsite tree located at former entrance to car wash site - it has 2 x lateral branches that will impeded the access for delivery vehicles and potentially cause risk to the tree. crown lift the tree to 6.5m to allow for access for delivery vehicles. This is the approved highway access for the scheme.
