Estimated 80-100 year old oak tree (TPO16/2006) located at rear of the above property.The work requested is to reduce the tree's canopy back to levels of previous reduction carried out in early 2018 under a previous TPO application approved by the Council.The branches are once again extending up to the gutters of the house. They overhang and touch the roof, and the branches overhang all adjacent gardens. There is excessive shading (almost 100%) in the garden of the property and over-shading in adjacent properties.The work requested is as recommended by the tree surgeons previously used - ie to reduce the tree by approx. 4-5 metres back to the point of the last reduction.
