Oak tree to rear of our property. The tree trunk is at an angle of 45 degrees and the whole section of that tree above the height of the fence over-hangs our garden. We are concerned that; 1. The tree is unsafe and at risk of falling, 2. There are dead branches and we are concerned the tree is diseased in some way, 3. The tree causes excessive shading from the morning sun.We are asking permission for the over-hanging tree to be felled.
