Mature Scots Pine protected by TPO and within the Barnt Green Conservation Area. The tree is on the north side of the property, approximately 20 feet from the rear of the house. It is proposed to fell the tree.Reason for felling - the tree has an unbalanced crown, the bulk of which weighs the crown towards the house and presents a significant cause for concern and a threat to personal safety and the property, as it leans towards the house during windy conditions. The tree is located next to a companion tree (about 4 feet away to the side), which had to be felled during the last storm on 24th January 2025 as it developed ground heave
