Ginko tree in front garden of 15 Station Rd Hagley, DY9 0NU next to fence between me and neighbour at 11 Station Rd. (no number 13) Tree is much too big for the position, too close to houses and neighbour unhappy about overhanging branches.Propose to cut trunk at height of top of fence. Am advised the tree is likely to sprout from there, but tree will be much smaller.
