The tree is a fully grown sycamore, (a variety often referred to as a ???weed tree???)to the rear of the property.It has previously been cut back to a manageable state within TPO regulations, but has now grown to a size which has lead to blocking of light from the property, and the increased leaf-drop is causing blocked roof gutters on this, and our neighbours properties, with the potential to cause damp issues.
