Description

We have a single Ash tree at the bottom of our garden which is on the fence boundary with the neighbours garden behind. The tree has very much outgrown our garden. It blocks a lot of sunlight for us and our neighbours. It also sheds lots of branches and dead wood particularly in wind. This causes me concern as our children are often in the garden. We have been approached by two neighbours to consider reducing the tree. We applied for work to be done on the tree in 2021, which was granted but we did not proceed as there was an active nest. The following year we obtained quotes but were not in a financial position to proceed. The permission has now expired.
