You have already received from me, an Aboricultural Report. The inspection was carried out by Chris Garner of Eden Arboriculture via Reeves Tree Surgeons - and includes photographs and a sketch plan. The report advises the following tree work:TREE T2 - YEW - height 7m - No significant defects - ??? Topped previously at 3 metres; ??? Low canopy over the street footway; ??? Canopy slightly blocks the streetlamp. WORK ADVISED: Lift to 3m over street footway; ??? Reduce to clear the lamp beam; RISK of PERSONAL INJURY. TREE G5 - SYCAMORE x 5 - heights 18m - Significant dieback and deadwood of trees within the group ??? Inspection significantly restricted by ivy and position on the bank; Deadwood and hanging branches ??? low target; Compression forks at the base, no visible separation but inspection was restricted as above; Southwest tree is less than 500 mm from garage. WORK ADVISED: Fell southwest tree and reduce remaining trees by 3 metres height and 2 metres spread to offset increased loading. RISK of DAMAGE to GARAGE. Remove deadwood and hanging branches - at RISK of FALLING on GARAGE ROOF. Sever ivy to 2 metres and check for obvious defects - Advised only.
