T1 oak tree located on the grass verge next to No9 Holly Gardens B975UT, our client is requesting the tree be reduced away from their property by 2.5/3mtrs to suitable growth points and dead wooded on there side, they are concerned that it contains substantial dead wood and may cause harm to one of their grandchildren if any failed, they have also has occasions where squirrels have been on the roof and do not want to have them entering the loft area. tree is in need of an overall dead wood as there are a few large pieces overhanging the highway but obviously our client does not want to have to pay for this as it is not their tree.
