Description

The Back Garden at 15 Moss Lane Close close, there are 3 Oak Trees at the bottom of garden. The Tree on the right hand side has been showing signs of dying over the past few years but now causing a concern as some branches starting to fall.I am applying for permission to remove the tree a safety issue due to a neighbours children play area and various garden sheds nearby, my son also plays in the garden which also is a worry.I have been in touch with various tree experts "Acorn Environmental Management Group" And "York Tree surgery" who have both seen the tree and advised for this application.I am looking have the work carried out as soon as possible, before the neighbours start returning to there gardens.replanting of further trees is not a problem.
