Description

The tree is located within the rear garden of 8 Woodberrow Lane which is a three tiered garden. The tree is located on the top tier (highest point) and is the tree was ever to fall it would with a substantial part of the tree not only hit the conservatory and cause catastrophic damage would also come through the rear bedrooms.It has been suggested that the tree needs to be felled and stump ground out due to safety reason and the Inocotus Hispadus disease will cause the timber to become brittle in a substantial part of the tree.The tree is not identified individually (T1, T2 etc) and was included in the TPO as a 'Group'.
