Description

T1 oak tree located in the rear garden of property, application is to remove tree down to a 6ft stump, a arboriculture report was done in 2018 when tree first showed signs of decline, Gavin Boyes has also inspected this tree back in december 2023, roughly 50% of the canop0y is either dead or in major decline and the main stem has a large section of bark missing on the east side which since original report has grown significantly and also a large ganoderma bracket at the base of the stem is present.
