T1 oak tree to be removed. For reasons below. I am happy to replace with a smaller tree inside the boundary line. Or T1 whole crown reduction to 8m above ground level to provide sufficient clearance to property. Please note that There are additional 4 oak trees next to T1 so there will still be plenty of trees in this very small vicinity. T1 oak tree has grown hugely and This particular tree T1 has been as hazard to my family for a number of years now as hundred of thousands of acorns drop in my garden each year to which my child almost choked on. I no longer allow my 1 year old and 3 year old to play outside for this reason which is unfair to them. T1 also straddles a border line which means I can not have a sufficient boundary to my garden (see image of fence)
