Will Taylor from Redditch Borough Council visited property 6 Alton Close, Headless Cross, Redditch, B97 5XH on Thursday 9th November 2023.We discussed two large oak trees at the rear of my property approximately 150-200 years old both protected by a TPO.Both have grown significantly in recent years obstructing natural light and providing excessive shading to my own and neighboring properties and gardens. This has caused problems when trying to obtain a new mortgage for the property.
