T1 oak tree located at the front of 168 bromsgrove rd, our client has received a letter from you ref:AD23052023165920A.I have been out today and had a look at tree and there is absolutely no reason why it would be considered in poor health however there are 2 lateral limbs that are growing over the public footpath that are quite low, our suggested cause of action would be to take end weight out of both these limbs by thinning out and reducing in to suitable growth points, i am not sure how much this will lift canopy by but feel that removing limbs completely to the stem would be a bit drastic and leave large wounds that could cause future problems.
