Oak tree situated on border of neighbouring property 20 Davenham Road.This tree has large branches, some of which overhang our house.It has caused a large amount of moss growth on our roof which we have just had to have removed at substantial expense. The moss is now growing back.The room adjacent to the tree is dark when the tree has leaves.We would like this branch removed to prevent this moss regrowing and causing damage to the roof.
