we have 9 x Corsican pine trees in our rear garden, we believe that no works have been carried out since 1999 to keep these trees in good order , with many branches now extending over the neighbours properties and also over the road only being 12 foot above the road causing issues with passing delivery trucks there are many dead wood branches that need cutting back and would need to cut back 25% branches to reduce the risk of falling branches and avoid windthrow there is always a trail of pine cones and needles left building up in the road as i assume your aware as the council send a road sweeper twice a year to clear it up we would like to work with you to get control back of the mess these make .
