The tree is 1 of 4 Oak trees in G.2, situated on the driveway of 257 Walkwood Road, B97 5NU. Applying for permission have the tree felled to the ground. This is due to believing the tree is diseased, it is covered in ivy and the parts of the tree I can see do not look healthy and there is concern of this potentially causing damage to the property in future, either by parts falling down or damage due to the roots. I do not wish to plant a replacement tree, to provide sufficient clearance to the property and to allow being able to park 2 cars on the drive.
