T1 Oak on front boundary - Reduce in height by 3m from 22m to 19m. Reduce SE spread by 2m from 10m to 8m. Reduce SW spread by 2m from 10m to 8m. Reduce NW spread by 2m from 10m to 8m. Reduce NE spread by 2m from 10m to 8m. T2 Ash on rear boundary - Re-pollard by pruning back to vicinity of previous pollard head (knuckles) by removing 5m growth, taking care not to breach occluded areas. Estimated resultant height on completion of works will be 10m above ground level. T3 Field maple on rear right boundary - Reduce SE face back to boundary by removing 3m growth from 6m to 3m. Remove lower northern stem over alley way back to source.
