T1 Oak on front boundary - Reduce in height by up to 2.5m from 14m to 11.5m. Reduce SE spread by up to 3m from 8m to 5m. Reduce SW spread by up to 2.5m from 7.5m to 4m. Reduce NE spread by up to 1.5m from 6m to 4.5m. Reduce NW spread by up to 1.5m back to boundary from 6m to 4.5m.
