Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (granted for single storey extension to provide new entrance including disabled ramp and elevational alterations) to allow for variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 23/02917/FULL1 to remove proposed single storey extension and to relocate proposed disabled ramp to existing front entrance. Elevational alterations to remove glazed panel to side elevation, and replace with white render and insertion of high level window.
