Condition 9. Prior to any construction works above ground level, details of the green walls including a strategy for their continued maintenance and irrigation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.Prior to first occupation of any part of the development hereby approved, the green walls shall have been installed strictly in accordance with the approved details. The walls shall be maintained in accordance with the approved details thereafter. Reason: To ensure the development provides the maximum possible provision towards creation of habitats and valuable areas for biodiversity.
