Description

Increase the Key Stage 2 PAN from 110 to 120, and carry out the following proposed works to improve the layout of the teaching areas to meet BB103 area recommendations and provide provision for an increased Key Stage 2 PAN of 120:1) Demolition of an existing two storey classroom 1990s modular building (160sq.m. footprint) including the adjoining canopy. 2) Removal of 4 Leylandii Cypress Trees, and reduction of the embankment to create room for a new block.3) Erection of a new retaining wall and planting of 8 new small to medium sized trees.4) Erection of a new 220sq.m. single storey 3-classroom brick-built flat roofed block on the site of the former modular building.5) Erection of new walkway canopy to one elevation of the new block.6) Removal of the existing canopy to the reception wing, and the erection of a new wraparound canopy to the reception wing.7) Internal adaptations and alterations to the reception wing.
