Amendment to planning application ref: 21/05864/FULL6: Erection of new boundary brick wall up to 1.3m in height and extended 3m length along the raised patio, with render finishes, instead of the approved timber fence. Proposed new trellis with vegetation in long pots (such as bamboo or similar) along the boundaries up to 1.7m in height above the raised patio to preserve the neighbour's privacy. Proposed a new large bi-folding door to the patio to maximise the natural light in the new space instead of the approved bi-folding and window.
