Section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission dated 26th May 2022 (planning reference: 21/02269/FULL1) for the demolition of the existing care home buildings and erection of a part single to part three storey building plus basement to provide a care home (Use Class C2) with on-site car parking spaces and associated cycle parking and landscaping to allow the following amendment:- Relocation of 2 basement level parking spaces to surface level car park and adjustment to the landscaping areas;- Replacement of glazed link and a conservatory connecting East Wing and West Wing with a single storey rear extension;- Adjustment and rearrangement of the internal layout and facilities, providing 2 additional bed spaces;- Adjustment to the ridge heights of the building and elevations of the building; and,- Installation of additional solar panel, external plant with screening at roof level.
