Description

To remove existing concrete render from front, side and back elevations and replace with lime render. Apply paint to render as per existing colour or similar. Proposed works are to hack off the existing external render applied to the building and re-render the entire building using a traditional lime putty mix (non-hydraulic) and apply a breathable paint which will be matched to the existing colour. This means the front, side and rear of the building.
