Works involve. Main Building - Overlay failed single ply roof coverings with a layer of insulation and felt system from Garland including to re-dress the edge gutter. Install edge protection around the roof along with protection around rooflights. Maintenance of the green roof system. Annex - Repair parapet detail where water ingress is occurring. Leadworks - Repair parapet to south west corner. Internal works,Internal areas affected by the water ingress will be made good to match existing.
