New 'eaves rooflight' revised to be sloped 'patent glazing'. Position of a flat roof rooflight amended. Extended exposed timber eaves omitted. New shading above proposed window and door installed at a lower level (at window and door head). New shading to extend no further beyond the face of the rear elevation than the previously approved extended eaves. Proposed shared party wall between No. 2 & 4 Uphill Rd positioned centrally on the boundary line. Proposed sedum roof finish to Garden Studio roof added.
