Description

Works to roof A and B like-for-like replacement of the existing asphalt roof and additional installation of a proprietary warm roof (IKO) insulation system underneath. Works to roof C for the like-for-like replacement of existing defective tiles; timberwork; roofing felt and lead flashing. Works to the M&E works for the replacement of the existing Air-Handling Unit with a new, energy-efficient unit, utilising the same location and penetrations as existing. The AHU will incorporate, where possible, the existing ductwork and pipework.
