Description

Re-roofing to replace existing bituminous roofing felt with a modern permeable roofing underlay. Existing timber roof structure to be repaired as required. Existing clay pan tiles will be re-used. Chimney stacks to have existing sand and cement render removed and be repaired as required. Chimneys to be re-rendered using lime render if required and new lead flashings installed.
