Non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission 21/01870/FB Demolition of the existing building and development of 16 dwellings with associated access and highway works, drainage and attenuation & landscaping. (Major). Amendment sought for minor changes to landscape proposals including confirmation of external lighting and changes to boundary treatment. The boundary condition between Plot 10 and 260 Passage Road has been subject to further design to address the change in site level and retention of the existing hedge. An additional section through the proposed retaining wall has been provided. External lighting to be through bollards as originally proposed. Bollard positions shown on revised landscape plans. Changes to planting plan to replace privet hedge from boundary with non-toxic hedge.
