Description

Replace the existing wooden sleepers with new stone steps to replicate the steps elsewhere in the estate. We are proposing a central metal handrail to the steps. We proposed enhanced landscaping to the side away from the building to define the outside edge of the steps. To protect the upper terrace, we will add a single Haddonstone vase to the existing two and install metal hoops for additional protection.
