Description

Existing render at basement level to be removed and replaced with a lime based or equivalent render. Repoint the brickwork on the exterior arch under the front door, using lime based mortar. Re-point the slate flagstones outside the front door on the ground floor. Install an extractor fan with a humidstat in the kitchen in the basement. Make good the basement windows and external door. Redecoration of repaired damp areas.
