Removal of existing portland cement render from 2 gable end walls, one rear wall and one internal face to a parapet wall. Replacement with a suitable, sympathetic lime render. Removal and replacement of existing cast iron down pipe with new cast iron downpipe. Position to be altered to improve aesthetics and ease maintenance. Small repairs to roof slates and lead flashings on a like for like basis.
