Description

To replace the existing roof. New roof tiles to be slate (natural Welsh Slate). Replace lead-work with new lead-work. Replace/repair chimney flaunching. All lime to be traditional mix. Replace/repair Chimney rendering. Repair any defects found in a like for like manner (chimneys, verges, Upstands) Add breathable to the insulation within the roof spaces. Any unforeseen defects to be repaired with like for like materials or as required following consultation with Conservation officer. We intend to replace the roof in as far as possible a like for like manner.
