Request for a Scoping Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment is required for a new development of eight buildings (expected to comprise 4 x residential blocks, 2 x office blocks, 1 x hotel, and 1 x flexible use building) to provide approximately 500-550 residential dwellings to comprise a mix of market and affordable housing, office buildings, retail space, and a hotel with conference facilities, and a new public square (Please note that this is not a planning application and therefore we are not carrying out public consultation on the proposal at this stage).
