Description

Non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission 21/03250/F - (Proposed replacement of M&E plant, including new ventilation system to parts of the facility, modifications to electrical systems and air handling ductwork with associated works to suspended ceilings. Ventilation system requires new intake and extract provision with external louvres on the rear of the building, as well as the installation of plant equipment in the courtyard area.) It is proposed to replace sections of the obscure glazing with two PPC aluminium panels and a louver. Amended panels will match those consented in previous non-material amendments to this application.
