Proposed overhaul of coping stones to the rear elevation high level parapet wall, by lifting the coping stones, cleaning them down, and then re-bedding the existing coping stones. Removing render and re-rendering the rear high level parapet walls. Render repairs using a lime based render material to match the existing and be feathered into the existing render to the elevations. Render throughout both elevations will be redecorated in colours to match existing and the timber windows to both elevations are to be redecorated in white to match the existing.
