Application for variation of condition 52 (List of approved documents) of permission of 20/01150/F (as amended by 22/06023/NMA) and additional conditions 1 & 2 of 22/06023/NMA, for the proposed redevelopment of the site, including demolition works and refurbishment of listed Soap Pan building to provide mixed use development comprising: 243 residential dwellings (Class C3); flexible commercial, business and service space (Class E) and leisure space and drinking establishments (sui generis) together with associated plant space, amenity space, parking and vehicular servicing arrangements, public realm, landscaping and associated works (Major).
