Application for a non material amendment of App/Z0116/V/20/3264641 permission 19/03867/P add an additional condition to the planning consent as follows:- 66. Historic Fabric to Sheds 2A & 2B No development associated with Phase 4 (excluding any development associated with Phase 0) shall be carried out until a strategy (including an assessment of the condition and possible options) for the reuse and potential incorporation of the defined historic fabric dismantled and stored on site secured by condition 18 (namely, roof trusses and associated columns within Sheds 2a and 2b, and any other fabric identified as being of value within the Silverthorne Lane Assessment of Heritage Effects Report (January 2020) produced by Cotswold Archaeology), has been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved strategy.
