Description

There is a single lime tree in the garden of 4 Ashley Close, Brighton. The tree preservation order is 1985/3(2).The tree is located close to the wall that forms the boundary between that property and mine, 35 Highview Avenue North, Brighton. The branches from the lime tree have grown over the boundary wall between our two properties and cast shade into my garden. I wish to cut the branches back to the boundary line formed by the wall in order to reduce the shade they cast into my garden.
