To bring 48F-ULW cable (7mm) cable from the telecoms chamber recessed within the pavement in front of the property using an existing route for services from below road level through the basement communal areas to the rear of the property.? At the rear there will be a small junction box (or distribution point, DP) (see photographs) 193 mm H x 155 mm W x 77 mm D (grey) at low level on a side return elevation with a 3mm wire thereafter again following an existing route for lighting at the rear as much as possible (see plan and photographs).
