G1- X2 Western red cedar: Smaller Cedar:This tree is growing beneath the larger cedar, and as a result of this, the tree is now leaning away from it. The tree is also growing in close proximity with a wall. Due to the awkward angle that the tree is growing the rootplate has become raised and a large gap has appeared between the wall and the tree. I am seeking permission to remove this cedar to eliminate the hazard posed by its instability.Larger Cedar:The tree is growing up against the building.I am seeking permission to prune back the crown to provide a 2-metre clearance from the building to prevent damage and allow maintenance access.
