From the report by PJC dated 3rd April 2024 - Trees T6 and T9 to be removed to retain the structural integrity of the boundary wall and railings.T6 - Lime (Tilia spp) C1 - Unremarkable trees of poor condition or form with limited arboricultural, landscape or conservation value, or trees with a stem diameter under 150mm. Must have a potential life span in excess of ten years. - Covered in ivy adjoining the boundary wall.T9 - Buddleia (buddleja davidii) C1 - Unremarkable trees of poor condition or form with limited arboricultural, landscape or conservation value, or trees with a stem diameter under 150mm.
