T1- Monterey cypress- This tree has recently shed a branch which damaged a car. I have been called out 3 times to remove hung up and fallen branches within the last 3 years. Given the location near 2 houses and over a busy school route pavement I would recommend the following specification to lessen end weight of lateral branches .Reduce in height by approx. 2m. Prune back radial crown all around by approx. 2.5m all around to shape and balance. Remove low branch over neighbours with split.
