Tall sycamore tree in the rear garden. We are share of freeholder for our block of 18 flats. The flat owner of flat 6 in our block has requested the tree is thinned to allow for more light to come into his lounge/flat. We have contacted a tree surgeon and the tree surgeon has provided a quote for thinning the tree by 20%. The tree is in a conservation area. We are not planning to reduce the height of the tree.
