Non-material amendment to application BH2020/02289 to amend wording of Condition 18 to 'Within 12 months of first occupation of the non-residential development hereby permitted a BREEAM Building Research Establishment Post Construction Review Certificate confirming that the retail element of the development built has achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Very good' and the student element of the development has achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Excellent' shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority'.
